The service

Recoupa is software that helps firms follow up on their own overdue invoices. Recoupa is not a collection agency, does not hold funds, and provides software, not legal advice.

Firm responsibilities

Each firm is responsible for the accounts it approves, the content of its templates, obtaining required consent, and compliance with laws and professional rules that apply to it.

SMS terms

By providing consent, recipients agree to receive billing-related text messages from the sending firm. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
